Cape Girardeau, MO (SportsNetwork.com) - Tyler Stone tallied 28 points and nine rebounds as the Southeast Missouri State Redhawks cruised to an 87-70 win over the Jacksonville State Gamecocks in an Ohio Valley Conference tilt at the Show Me Center.

Jarekious Bradley chipped in 15 points for the Redhawks (14-13, 5-8 OVC). who also received 14 points courtesy of Paul McRoberts. Nino Johnson recorded a double-double with 14 points and 10 boards.

For JSU (10-19, 4-10), Darion Rackley poured in 27 points on 6-of-15 shooting from the floor. Avery Moore added 13 points and D.J. Moore scored 12 points.

SEMO took a 48-38 lead into the intermission after it connected on 63.6 percent of its shots from the floor in the opening stanza. The Gamecocks were limited to 46.4 percent efficiency from the field in the first half.

JSU managed to make only 29 percent of its field goal attempts after the break. The Redhawks converted 11-of-14 tries at the charity stripe and extended their lead to as many as 22 in the second period.

SEMO dominated on the interior as it outscored the Gamecocks, 58-16, in the paint and finished with a 40-34 advantage in total rebounds.
