GAME NOTES: The Wright State Raiders look to continue on their win streak, when they visit the Detroit Titans in Horizon League action Saturday.

Wright State defeated Oakland on Thursday, 76-64, to extend the team's streak to four games - the longest run this season. This is coming directly after the Raiders lost four straight all on the road. All four games in their win streak were at home.

Detroit has won two in a row and seeks a third straight win, which would be the longest such streak this season for the Titans. Detroit is coming off a 73-53 lopsided win over Bethune-Cookman in the final non-conference game for the Titans this season.

Detroit holds a slim 24-22 all-time series lead against the Raiders. The teams split the regular-season series last season, with Wright State topping Detroit in the Horizon League semifinals later that March.

Against Oakland on Thursday, the Raiders went on a 20-8 run early in the second half that put the team up for good in the contest on the way to victory. Wright State had three players score in double figures in the game - all of which came from bench players. Both Miles Dixon and Chrishawn Hopkins netted 13 points in the win for the Raiders, who improved to 9-7 this season with a perfect 8-0 mark at home. Cole Darling contributed 10 points on just 3- of-10 shooting and grabbed seven rebounds. As a team, the Raiders battled back from a 38.5 percent shooting percentage in the first half to shoot 48.8 percent for the game.

AJ Pacher is the team's leading scorer this season, and the only player on Wright State averaging double figures, with 10.5 ppg. Pacher is also the team's leading rebounder with a 4.8 rpg average. Dixon is just shy of the 10- point average with a 9.9 ppg mark, and has 28 assists this season, which is good for third on the team. Jerran Young tops the team in both blocks (19) and steals (29) this season, while maintaining a 4.0 rpg clip.

Five players scored in double figures for Detroit, as the team blew out Bethune-Cookman by 20 points, 73-53, Monday at home. Juwan Howard Jr. led the way for the Titans with 15 points and six rebounds in 30 minutes of action. Both Carlton Brundidge and Evan Bruinsma added 11 points to the winning cause, while Bruinsma secured 11 rebounds for a double-double. Both Jarod Williams and Anton Wilson added 10 points to round out the top five scorers in the game.

Howard is the team's leading scorer this season with 17.3 ppg on 40.3 percent shooting from the floor. Howard also grabs an average of 6.1 rpg, which is third on the team. The only other Detroit player averaging double digits is Bruinsma with an 11.3 ppg clip. Bruinsma is the team's leader in rebounding with an 8.3 rpg average, and is second on the team with 14 blocks this season.

Although Wright State hasn't won a game on the road this season, the task of entering Detroit and unseating the home team isn't as daunting as it may sound.
