Johnson C.Smith wins CIAA men's title

Johnson C. Smith defeated Virginia Union 70-63 in the men's final of the CIAA Tournament to complete a sweep of the event after the Johnson C. Smith women's team won the CIAA title over Bowie State earleir Saturday.
Jerry Hollis poured in 19 points and Ryan Scott added 13 to help the Golden Bulls knock off perennial powerhouse Virginia Union. Gregg Thondique led the Panthers with 23 points.
