A legendary basketball coach and the first commissioner of the Southern Conference head the second group of inductees into the league's hall of fame.
The conference announced the seven-member class on Thursday. Former North Carolina State basketball coach Everett Case led the Wolfpack from 1946 to 1964 and guided the Wolfpack to the Final Four in 1950.
Wallace Wade was a successful football coach at Alabama and Duke before becoming commissioner.
Others in the current class are Mary Jayne Harrelson of Appalachian State, Banks McFadden of Clemson, "Hot" Rod Hundley of West Virginia, Fred Hetzel of Davidson and longtime supervisor of officials, J. Dallas Shirley.
Last year's inaugural class included Arnold Palmer, Jerry West and Sam Huff. Induction ceremonies take place on June 1.
