Greivis Vasquez needs a course on how to win friends and influence people -- in the Triangle at least.

First, Vasquez dubbed Cameron Indoor Stadium "his house." He continues to apologize for that.

Then, he dropped a triple-double on Carolina. No need to apologize there, but Carolina fans won't be sending Vasquez any Christmas cards this year.

And now, for his finishing move in the trifecta, Vasquez endears the Wolfpack nation with a meaningless three-point shot at the buzzer.

The chorus of boos at the RBC Center thundered while Vasquez did his post-game interviews on FSN. And the fans weren't the only ones angered by Vasquez' "rub it in" three.

"I couldn't go punch him in the face," said N.C. State guard Javier Gonzalez. "Where I'm from, we don't do that."

The chance of a punch from Gonzalez is nothing to take lightly, either. This comes straight from his bio on N.C. State's official athletics website: "His first love was boxing, his stepfather was a boxing champion in Puerto Rico and young Javi boxed in a children’s league."

I've NEVER met a Dook, State, or Carolina fan near as bad as most of the fans I've met from Maryland. Even West Virginia and South Carolina fans are better. I'm embarrassed to admit the Maryland's in the ACC. I hope ECU beats 'em.

He's an idiot and extremely annoying, but it is just a game. Personally I like to see a little more attitude, becuase I enjoy seeing fans and the press blowing things out of proportion.

Yes, cal008, every team has their set of poor fans. However, I went to the ACC tourney a few years ago and was shocked to see all the Terps fans walking around the colesium with shirts that blatently said F... Duke. A public venue with kids, etc...I don't think I have seen many Carolina, Duke, or State fans walking around with Ole Roy's favorite word (the f-bomb)explicitly spelled out on a t-shirt...BTW, just having a little fun with you heels fans about the f-bomb.

Nice call Viewer. I mean, doesn't Ken Medlin have anything better to write about? Like perhaps how bad NC State played? They looked so out of sync. Granted my guys had alot to do with that, but NC State is a much better team than that. Oh, and BTW Frizz, don't even try to pass that junk that Maryland fans are the worst. EVERY team and and their fans do the same things, it just seems that other fans have selective memory when their their teams do it.
