Horner a key to the Pack

The first guy that comes to mind when you're talking about a kid who has come up lately to give some punch for the Wolfpack is Tracy Smith.
Smith has scored in double figures in every game dating back to the road loss at Virginia Tech. In that span he is averaging over 15 points per game. But he is no longer coming off the bench. So where is the scoring coming from now?
Dennis Horner. Yes, the 6-8 role player with the tattoo of the fiery basketball on his right arm. He has been the most reliable player for Sidney Lowe coming off the bench in the last six games.
He has scored at least 10 points in six straight games and he is averaging two 3-pointers per game in that span. Last night he made a critical 3-pointer with just over two minutes left in the ball game. I helped keep the team ahead while Rakim Sanders was in the middle of his 3-ball barrage. The Eagles probably would have completed the comeback if they didn't have that score.
The Wolfpack are fortunate to have a player with his height coming off the bench, especially for someone with a good shooting touch like he has. He also comes in and can take the ball out of bounds, and he passes well. He made a great give and go to Costner for a lay-up after receiving an in-bounds pass.
The Pack are off to Miami to try to get to 17-12 and they need Horner to continue to give a punch off the bench as Coster (eight points against BC)l isn't reaching double figures.
