Jon Scheyer and the Duke Blue Devils take the court for their second round ACC Tournament game against Boston College.

11:37pm: Final Score Duke 66 Boston College 65

Rakim Sanders 12 footer bounded away off the rim and Duke escapes with a 1 point win. Sanders had a good look, but the shot was off the moment it left his hand. Kyle Singler scores 26, Duke only uses 7 players now has a showdown with Maryland for a trip to the ACC championship game.

11:33pm: Jon Scheyer steals the BC inbounds with 14.5 left

But misses the front end of a one and one, BC rebounds gets a quick time out and has a chance to win it with the last shot.

11:29pm: BC 65 Duke 64 with 48.4 left

Kyle Singler 1 of 2 for Duke, Joe Trapani 2 of 2 that is the difference at the moment

11:26pm: Tied at 63

Elliot Williams with a nice move to the rack to put Duke up three...but Biko Paris answers with a huge three from the left corner to tie it...

11:21pm: Duke 61 BC 58 3:05 left.

While not the best game of the day, the Eagle and Blue Devils have made up for poor play with effort and high light reel moves. Gerald Henderson might have gotten away with a walk on his last basket, we'll see it tomorow on you tube if it was. But the final three minutes are set up for the team that is the aggressor on offense. No clear edge right now.

11:17pm: Duke 57 BC 56 4:36 left in the game

DOing exactly what they did inthe first half the Eagles have cut the Duke lead to 1. quick injury note Josh Southern the BC center was shaken up after a collision with David McClure and has not returned.

11:11pm: 7:28 to go...

BC needs to get back to what built their first half lead, lock down defense and great ball rotation.

11:06pm: Duke 54 BC 46 8:13 left in the game

While he doesn't show up as a great statistical player, David McClure has made three solid defensive plays to help Duke extend their lead to 8. The Devils are also 6-6 from beyond the three point line this half.

10:58pm: Duke 47 BC 43 10:50 left in the second

Duke goes on a 5-1 spurt out of the break. BC needs an answer

10:52pm: The Devils and Eagles readying for the finish

Kyle Singler has almost half the Blue Devil points with 20 already.

10:44pm: Yes there was goaltending on a three point shot.

But Duke has found the touch outside the arc. 4 three pointers for the Devils have pulled them into a 38-38 tie with BC. Rakim Sanders did goaltend a Jon Scheyer three. Tyrese Rice is starting to come back to life for BC, but the bigs for BC can score whenever they want if given the ball underneath. Look for Rice to use his speed to exploit the Duke man to man.

10:35pm: Henderson soars for 2

Finishing with the flush 20 seconds into the half. making it 29-24 BC. Injury update Reggie Jackson had his right elbow wrapped coming back to the floor.

10:20pm: BC 29 Duke 22 at the Half

Tyrese Rice only has six points but his last three steal the story of the first half. Stepping back and draining a three in front of Kyle Singler to give BC a 7 point, he then let Dick Vitale know abotu it. Both teams were attrocious in the first half but made a late push offensively. Duke's lack of an inside game has comeup to bite them as the game moves along Singler played all twenty minutes and the Devils with Scheyer running the point only had two assists . Biko Paris is leading BC in scoring with 7 points.

10:09pm: Tied at 19 with 2:32 left in the first half

BC on an 8-2 run the last 3:12. Tyrese Rice scored his only points inthe half during the stretch on a 3 pointer. Duke has scored 8 points in the last 9 minutes.

10:03pm: This is not the place for you...

Duke leads 17 to 11 with 5:44. Reggie Jackson has just been lead off to the locker room, not sure what the injury is...more on that. Gerald Henderson is back in with his two fouls. This game needs to be played with a 10 second shot clock.

9:58pm: ot making a difference 15-9 Duke leads.

Duke has to be happy with their defense, but their offense..well to hold a team to nine points over 12 minutes and not have a double digit lead is cause for concern...

9:49pm: Tyrese Rice just picked up his second foul. 11:46 left in the first half

He goes to the bench replaced by Biko Paris and the Devils answer with a made three pointer by Kyle Singler. Duke goes up 11-2 to start the game. Yes that is two points for the Eagles to start. BC is 1 of 10 from the floor and this has the makings of an ugly one early.

9:44pm: Duke 8 BC 2 15:13 left in first half

Jon Scheyer knocks down a big three and the Devils are controling the boards early. So far Elliot Williams has done a decent job on Rice.

9:40pm: Duke swingman Gerald Henderson and Eagles forward Rakim Sanders pick up two quick fouls

Nolan Smith after being concussed a few weeks ago replaces Henderson, and the game is off to a slow start Duke leads 3-2 with 3 minutes gone by.

9:22pm: last game of the night...Boston College takes on Duke

In the only meeting of the season Boston College beat Duke 80-74 at BC. This should feel like a home game for the Eagles again as the majority of the ACC crowd showered boos upon the Blue Devils upon entering the court. This match-up finishes quarterfinal Friday, for Duke will the Back Court with Elliot Williams and Jon Scheyer hold up.For BC will their resume improve?

No need to bring that up again...I know you're just trying to get a rise out of the holes fans...but be a class act.

BC Played one heck of a game. Great game to watch!
