Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski was in a joking mood Friday when asked about President Barack Obama picking North Carolina to win the national basketball title.

On Wednesday, Krzyzewski – who has been a supporter of Republican candidates - said, “Somebody said that we're not in President Obama's Final Four, and as much as I respect what he's doing, really, the economy is something that he should focus on, probably more than the brackets."

Krzyzewski said that with a smile on Wednesday, but just to make sure the president didn’t feel insulted, Mickie Krzyzewski sent a text to former Duke player Reggie Love, who works for Obama.

Krzyzewski said his wife told Love the comment wasn’t meant as a jab, and Love replied that the president wasn’t concerned at all.

Coach K made a joke, that's all. For the record, W was not above criticism, nor was Clinton, W Sr., Reagan or any other president. Get off your self-righteous high horse regarding Obama. He's just another President, he's human, not GOD, he's not above criticism. As for you PC morons, I know what you're thinking. You're thinking I'm a "hater", "intolerant", "a bigot", and this is my favorite, " a racist" because I dare criticize Obama. To that I say this, stop being brainwashed, think for yourselves, and show some mental/physical toughness. In other words, stop being a candy ---. How do you like me now? The bottom line is this: Presidents, athletes, movie stars, etc., are people, nothing else. They put their underwear on just like you, they wipe their like you, stop bowing down to these people because most of them have no heart. They do have luck but no heart/soul. Savvy. Just telling it like it is. Later
