UNC, NC State are No. 2, 3 seeds in ACC baseball tournament

Greensboro, N.C. — The University of North Carolina enters the 2012 Atlantic Coast Conference Baseball Championship as the No. 2 seed and top team in Pool B. The Tar Heels (42-13, 22-8) go to bat against Wake Forest Wednesday at 7 p.m.
North Carolina State University (38-15, 19-11), the No. 3 seed, meets Miami at 3 p.m. that same day.
ACC Baseball bracket
The Florida State Seminoles (43-12, 24-6) are the top seed in the tournament. They are paired with 8 seed Georgia Tech in the first game, at 11 a.m. Wednesday.
No. 4 Virginia (36-16-1, 18-12) and No. 5 Clemson (32-24, 16-14) form the other half of Pool A.
Within each pool, each team plays once against the other three Wednesday through Saturday. The top team from each pool advances to the ACC title game on Sunday, and the winner captures the ACC’s automatic berth into the NCAA Tournament.
No matter the result this weekend, the ACC is all but guaranteed multiple teams in the NCAA Tournament. As of May 20, four teams from the ACC were ranked in the top 25 nationwide – Florida State (No. 1), North Carolina (7), NC State (13), Virginia (19) and Miami (21).
Sunday's noon championship game will televised nationally by ESPN2. All games will be live-streamed via the Internet by ESPN3.

NCSU vs. other teams in ACCT: 11- 7 (did not play Miami, was 1-2 vs. FSU)
UNC was 2-1 vs. NCState series played in Chapel Hill
It seems pretty close to me. UNC gets the #2 nod. You did win an FSUless Division.
Hopefully, Saturday night will be for all of the Pool B marbles. I like the Pack's chances.
Yeah, and try this; State handles their own business by beating the Heels rather than dropping 2 out of 3 and they get the #2 seed. Besides the point is, you nor dmangum know if Carolina would have gone 0-3, 1-2, 2-1, or 3-0 against FSU anymore than anyone else.
We also don't know if your Heels would be where they are without that Swahili course.
Thanks for proving the point I've been makiing for some time now. When you guys have no more valid arguments to make you fall back on 41-10, 5-0, Swahili, or nine major violations...or my VERY favorite, Wal-Mart.

swap divisions with the Pack and play FSU 3 times at FSU and UNC would be the 3 seed and the Pack the 2....its that simple....
