Duke, Buzz renew broadcast contract

Durham, N.C. — The Blue Devil IMG Sports Network, Duke Athletics and WDNC 620AM The Buzz have agreed to a three-year contract extension that will keep Blue Devils athletic events on the radio station through June of 2016.
“We are very pleased to continue our very long and historic relationship with Duke University athletics,” said Brian Maloney, General Manager of 99.9 The Fan, 620 The Buzz and 99.9 HD3 The Ticket. “WDNC is Durham’s radio station and is pleased to continue its relationship with one of Durham’s greatest assets – Duke University.”
WDNC is the home for Duke’s live game action for football, men’s basketball and women’s basketball while also airing Inside Duke Sports with Kevin White, the Duke Football Radio Show with David Cutcliffe, the Duke Basketball Radio Show with Associate Head Coaches Chris Collins and Steve Wojciechowski, the Coach P Radio Show and the Duke Sports Daily Show Report.
