Durham, N.C. — Duke redshirt freshman cornerback Tim Burton has been dismissed from the team for violation of program policy, head coach David Cutcliffe announced on Tuesday.

A native of Hollywood, Fla., Burton played in Duke’s first seven games of the year and registered seven total tackles and a pair of pass breakups. He also returned 13 kickoffs for 260 yards for a 20.0 yards per return average. More Info Duke offensive leaders

It was his 2nd chance and he fail it.Most schools will give a player a 3rd chance but not 2 in 1 year.He did the right thing.Now Now tob will keep his dope players on the team as we all know.UNC will throw their dope palyers off after the 2nd test.

UNC can loan Duke some players. Only problem is, they wouldn't know what to do every morning when they're waiting for their tutors to drop off their assignments and all the Duke players are heading to class.

Good move by Coach Cut. He seems like he is trying to run a clean program.

Way to go Coach Cut. Duke programs are a fine example of what
needs to be done and how things need to be handled.

Other coaches and administrations need to watch and model what they see.
