Four Triangle players picked in 4th round of NFL draft

Former Triangle football players from Duke, UNC and N.C. State were coming off the board quickly Saturday in the fourth round of the 2014 NFL Draft.
Duke University corner Ross Cockrell was picked No. 109 overall by the Buffalo Bills. He'll join former Clemson wide receiver Sammy Watkins in western New York. Watkins was selected fourth overall during Thursday night's first round.
Minutes later, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill center Russell Bodine was picked by the Cincinnati Bengals at No. 111.
Late in the fourth round, the Carolina Panthers took UNC safety Tre Boston at No. 128 overall. One pick later, the San Francisco 49ers selected N.C. State corner Dontae Johnson.
Other former ACC players were also taken Saturday. Clemson safety Bashaud Breeland was picked by the Washington Redskins, and Clemson wide receiver Martavis Bryant went to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The Triangle was blanked in the fifth ans sixth rounds before Tar Heel cornerback Jabari Price was tapped by the Vikings.
