honestly, I think the bigger question here is why did the NCAA not take away the 35 wins?
Every single case of a school using an ineligible player (with or without school's knowledge) has been punished with the NCAA forcing the school to vacate the wins garnered with that player.
Football and basketball.
K is the only coach that didn't suffer that fate. Why?
No one is above the NCAA's rules, right?

Perhaps the larger question is why did dook not vacate the wins when they found out that they had used an ineligible player. It would have been the right and honest thing to do.
Could you site the specific lie that you are upset about?
