A good (old) article about the cheating ways of K and Dook

RE: A good (old) article about the cheating ways of K and Dook

Yeah... I can see how a dukie would view sworn, under oath testimony as not having any proof. Thanks for playing, and your parting gifts are at the door.

Still waiting on a link of that proof from the NCAA.

Ho Hum....

Here is your link to the bylaw. go to page 2, section 2.A (1)....

http://fs.ncaa.org/Docs/AMA/compliance_forms/DI/DI%20Summary%20of%20NCAA%20Regulations.pdf

Just so you are aware, you don't need the NCAA to put you in the penalty box for you to be guilty. Just like when you broke the speed limit, and didn't get the ticket. So now know you can do with that (feeble) arguement you want to make next

PS this will end badly for you.

So just to clarify. You accused Duke of cheating, then provided a link to the bylaws, but provided no evidence of the NCAA (the governing body of college basketball) finding any wrongdoing.

Thanks for playing and proving my point.

Yeah, I completely understand how you view Maggette providing sworn testimony being a totally fictional event. Dukies are all above the laws and judicial systems in the US, and first person statements from these entities could never be used as proof.

So, not only did I provide proof, you also managed to make a baboon of yourself in the process. Knew it would end badly for you.....

You didn't provide any proof actually. Still waiting for you to show me where they were found guilty of cheating.

RE: A good (old) article about the cheating ways of K and Dook

By cheating, he means everyone hates Duke and K and everything they do is a conspiracy. Maggette didn't get anything from Duke. What part of that dont you understand? That's why the Ncaa didnt do anything, b/c Duke had nothing to do with it and had no knowledge of it. High school based. You know you have a clean/model program when rivals fans obsess over something from 15 yrs ago that Duke had nothing to do with. The Ncaa punishes schools when they cheat, like they did with Unc's fb program. What is your opinion of Roy admitting to giving $$/gifts to Kansas players their senior yr? He claimed he didn't know it was a violation, but anyone with a brain would realize that. Roy cheated himself. What is your opinion on that?

You accused them of cheating, yet the governing body of college basketball didn't find them guilty of anything. And you stil are yet to provide evidence that proves they were guilty.

As I said... you dukies are above the law and judicial systems. What part of sworn testimony by maggette that he got money do you fail to understand?

OJ was found innocent. Did he kill them? Yep. So technicalities are the overriding factor. Ok to stomp on someone as long as it isn't called...never happened...just like paulus' flop when no one came close...you aren't falling backwards are you?lol

What part of no one found them guilty do you not understand? You can sit here and accuse them all you want, but the fact remains they weren't found guilty.

You do realize Christian got T'd up for that stomp? Because you just said it wasn't called.

Also, if you know OJ did it, then why weren't you on the witness stand?
