Jefferson: "Duke provides a rare and great combination of both academics and athletics."
Take notice, UNC.

Let's ROLLL baby we're ready for 2012 now no doubt about it.
Have to be considered co-favorite with State, at worst.

In fairness, UNC also provides a rare academic experience.

Looking forward to all the analysts re-analyzing their preseason picks. In reality, I don't think Amile Jefferson makes that much of a difference this upcoming season. He helps depth but I still see him behind Alex Murphy in the rotation. In 2013-14, that's when Duke should see the payoff from Amile coming.

Congrats Dukies! Didn't really think he was going to choose State, just glad it wasn't Kentucky.

Hmmm.... Stumlee2, stumlee3, kelly, hairson, murphy and now jefferson. no wonder mike g left. (that's another coaching issue....)
the rat sits jefferson, like he does most of his freshman.... heck, he made force him to redshirt.
Sold his soul to the devil, for nothing.

Thanks, I still think State is the favorite to win the ACC so I don't know why the other State fans are being so UNC-like.
