Well, when 96% of your students are in the top 10% you have to go out of state sometimes. UNC fans wouldn't know about only accepting the best of the best, as they have twice the acceptance rate and twice the students.

Wayne is a Township in Passaic County, New Jersey, United States, located less than 15 miles (24 km) from midtown Manhattan.

In other words, a highly educated town in commuting distance of NYC where the majority of the residents work in midtown Manhattan and take home Wall Street salaries.
