Battier in the NBA Finals

RE: Battier in the NBA Finals

and in his first year they were 38-44. 11 games better.

For a player to make an 11 game improvement is quite an accomplishment, especially a rookie.

Then Lebron's better than Jordan, the Cavs improved by 18 games in his rookie season.

It remains to be seen. LeBron is still early in his career. But if you think he is better than Jordan, that's your opinion.

Forgive the Duke ignorance on these boards. The jealousy is out of control! Jordan is the best and it will remain that way forever! The main reason is that he played in a much tougher NBA and won when it counted. He called the shots and was successful at it. Took a few years off or who knows maybe more titles! Duke players have NO player that even comes close to Jordan or his greatness so they have to resort to a player that came straigt out of high school to pull for!

Just another title for a Dukie! #LetsGoHeat

And that will give dook a total of 3 players with an NBA championship ring and will allow them to break the tie with the following:

No College
Bowling Green State University
California
Davidson College
Drake University
Drexel University
Furman University Guilford College Jackson State University Louisville McNeese State University Mississippi State University Niagara University Norfolk State University Princeton University Rutgers University Seattle University Southern Illinois University Syracuse University Texas A&M Texas Southern University United States Naval Academy University of Arkansas at Little Rock University of California, Irvine University of Florida University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign University of Louisiana at Lafayette University of Maryland University of Memphis University of Missouri University of Nebraska University of North Carolina at Charlotte University of Tennessee University of Toledo University of Tulsa University of Wisconsin USC West Texas A&M University West Virginia University Wisconsin University

So now we are back to this huh. You Holes didnt seem to have that many comments during the Duke has more players and more $$'s earned in the NBA, right now.

But since the ring thing came up and UNC has Jordan and Worthy as graduates you start with the ring thing.

Have at it dude, reasonable and intelligent folks know that if you are a good player in college and in the lottery, more than likely you will get chosen by a junkpy team and never reach the finals.

BTW, Duke does not play in the NBA and taht you have to resort to the third assistant on the Heat to bring up your ring stuff, says even more about how far your talent in the NBA has dropped.

Speaking of dropping, hit up Felton, cause he needs to drop about 30lbs.

The saddest part about your post is that McAdoo is better than ANY player that Duke has EVER put in the pros......NOT EVEN CLOSE! When you have been great and continue greatness then you have the respect of the players and the league! Do you think Battier commands the respect that McAdoo gets? Lol!! Take care little man!
Maybe OKC will win anyway! Its not like UNC needs the rings the way Duke is in desperation mode for!

You really need to stop listening to only what you want to hear from the media. Selective listening is something you can get help for.

I keep hearing what an asset he is, what a great defender he is and what a great team mate he is.

Funny that you as a UNC fan has a negative viewpoint of him.

You need to stop reading Shane's tweets...

You probably stopped reading them when you got tired of having to google all the words to understand them.

What do you have against drawing charges? Your boy Hansbrough was the best at in college when the game was slow enough for him to establish position and draw some. In the NBA, all he can do is draw flagrant-2's to provide protetion for the actual basketball players on his team.

I feel that the offensive player should at least make some contact with the defender for a charge to be called.

That never seemed to matter much to the First Lieutenant of Flop, aka Shaney-poo Battier. (Or to his college coach.)

That never seemed to matter much to Hansflop either.

RE: Battier in the NBA Finals

I have always wondered why Mcadoo hasnt been a head coach? He has been with the Heat for years. If the Heat lose all the blame will go on the coach, not the cocky, arrogant showboats! Go Thunder!!!
