Yes, Nolan made the right choice and made the most of his college career. He was also never projected as a lottery pick so I'm not sure leaving early would have been an option anyway. Especially for a 6'2'' shooting guard.

And you know duke fans that thought Avery did the right thing entering the nba draft instead of stay one more year?

No, but you do realize he played 4 years with a decent coach, is older, should be stronger and more advanced in the development of his skills, and still rides the pine, don't you?

    LOL.

    Will Avery?

1st round pick from dook that left eligibility on the table because he was in a hurry to cash in on his NBA draft potential just to ride pine and not win a national championship and earn his college degree?

Didn't realize Nolan was a lottery pick, or one that left eligibility on the table because he was in a hurry to cash in on his NBA draft potential just to ride pine and not win a national championship and earn his college degree.

Portland's Nolan Smith recorded a dnp for almost half their games in 2011-12.

Not a bad thing...coaching staff was just bringing him along sloooooooooooooowly.

    Riiiiiiiiigggggggghhhhhhhhtttttttt.

No, we didn't discuss Marshall - you know, since he doesn't play for Indiana.

Back on topic, indiana's coach decided not to play miles plumlee last night. He said it was because he's bringing him along slowly.

And the 10 white guys at the end of unc's bench? Yeah Roy said they aren't going to be playing much this year, he's bringing them along slowly.

Nice spin, dnp after dnp isn't a bad thing - it just means the coach is "bringing him along slowly". Riiiiiiiiigggggggghhhhhhhhtttttttt.

Phoenix is bringing Kendall along slowly, as the PG position is a critical one, they want him to learn, which of course he will. No worries there.

(Indiana is trying to figure out if PlumUglee should be dispatched to Spain, like Powder was.)

Maybe they loan him out to the local middle school team?

Hey maybe we can get all the Duke alums in the NBA to pool together and help your kids pay off their huge student loans that you could not pay.

Sad, that their father forgot to save for them during the year prior to them attending college.

But you sure seem to have alot of time to post on here now that they have left the house and no longer associate with you because of your lack of parenting.

You know your franchise is in trouble...

if Miles Plumblee is your #1 scoring option.

And I love how you conveniently left JJ Redick and Kyrie Irving off your incorrect update.

Standout night for dook's future "NBA All-Stars":

Miles PlumUglee, Indiana: DNP, Coach's Decision
Austin Rivers, New Orleans DNP, Sprained Widdle Finger
Gerald Hendergoon, Charlotte DNP, Coach's Decision
Elton Brand, Dallas DNP, "Personal Reasons"
Chris Duhon, LA Lakers DNP, Coach's Decision

Yep, they're tearing up the league alright.

There are 18 Duke Blue Devils' alumni on NBA Opening Day NBA Rosters. That is good for first in the ACC (over UNC with 17).

Are you talking about the one where Henderon hit an unsuspecting Hansbro and then ran like a girl? I love that one too. It personifies all that Duke stands for.

Hell yeah, Gerald Henderson still owns Tyler Hansblow to this day. I'm sure it brought back some fond memories of the last beatdown Henderson gave him.

At least his name's on the roster now....

...with a big "DNP - Coach's decision" beside it tonight, when the Pacer's lost to Hendergoon's lowly Bobcats.

You mean the national title won with the illegal player? That one is soon to be gone. They probably bring Plumlee back to lower the banner and collect the rings.

Here's what I know about him: his nba career is going better than Sean May's. and if he took his warmups off last night, his night was more productive than Kendall Marshall's.
