Lunardi has Duke as a #2, UNC as a #4

ESPN bracketologist Joe Lunardi's preseason bracket is out, and he predicts North Carolina as a No. 4 seed in the South, along with No. 1 seed Louisville, No. 2 Kansas and No. 3 Michigan State.

His other three No. 1 seeds: Ohio State, Kentucky and Indiana.

And around the ACC, he has Duke as a No. 2 seed, NC State as a No. 3 seed, Florida State as a No. 7 seed and Miami as a No. 9 seed.

I think most of these predictions are are feasible, with the exception of UNC as a #4 seed. I'm not just saying that out of hatred (although I obviously hate UNC), but I honestly think this year they'll be lucky to get into the NCAA tournament at all. The level of returning talent reminds me even more of '01-'02 (the Kris Lang & Jason Capel disaster year) than it does '05-'06 or '09-'10. It's a rebuilding year with lackluster recruits and p!ss-poor returning talent. There is no way UNC has a better season than FSU or Miami, and probably not Maryland either.
