Any links?

We've all been asking marked for a link for months now. He's come up with nothing
as per usual.

As far as I can tell, the investigation is still open and ongoing. I don't think the NCAA is going to buy the "I didn't know" defense from K this time. The only question is whether anyone involved will talk.

The NCAA doesn't have any time to look at Duke because every available investigator is living on UNCs campus. They won't be done until next year so you might find out then. Ask Dan Kane

If K says "I dont know" is he doing it in sign language? If not, then he would have to be talking when he says it. There goes your theory of no one talking.

So you admit K was involved. Thanks!

When will this discussion ever end?! The only things that were ever proven were that Lance Thomas is terrible at managing his money and has awful taste with his gaudy jewelry. Isn't that the end of it? It certainly is judicially, because there was a F_CKING SETTLEMENT - it's over.
There are still a few stones left un-turned at Orange County Remedial College, however. Let's see what good ol' Jim Martin digs up...

The discussion will not end until at least the time that the NCAA closes its investigation and issues some sort of statement or report. Hopefully, that statement or report will answer the following questions:
1. Where did Lance get the $30,000, if not from his own legitimate earnings or from his parents?
2. Who backed him on the financing for the remaning $70,000, unless he had adequate collateral from his own earnings or from his parents?
If these questions are not answered, the discussion will continue. Saying "it wasn't proven" simply because the parties involved refused to answer is not much of a defense in the court of public opinion, is it?
With regard to the Martin report, I personally look forward to its release. Governor Martin is a man of integrity. If UNC needs to take further steps to get rid of problems in its academic programs for athletes, the report will undoubtedly help that process. But from everything I've read, the ABCers' dreams of 2005 and 2009 banners coming down seem to be pure fantasy.
