Luol Deng Update

The Bulls defeated the red-hot 76ers on Saturday, paced by Luol Deng's 25 points, seven rebounds, season-high seven assists and two steals.

Deng sunk 10-of-16 FGs and 4-of-4 FTs, with one 3-pointer. He is once again logging well north of 40 minutes per game, and his 45 percent shooting attests to the relative health of his chronically-damaged wrist.

Luol Deng broke out on Monday, hitting 9-of-19 field goals to finish with 20 points, 12 rebounds, four assists, three steals and one block.

Deng recently hurt his shoulder, then he tweaked his ankle, and all along he's playing with a chronically damaged wrist, but nothing slows him down for long.

Luol Deng scored a season-high 33 points in the Chicago Bulls' third victory over New York this season, a 108-101 win Friday that sent the Knicks to their season-high third straight loss.

Topping the 29 points he scored here last month, Deng shot 13 of 18 from the field and also led the defensive effort that contained Carmelo Anthony in the decisive first half of his return from a one-game suspension.

Luol Deng was terrific in Saturday's road win, racking up 25 points, three 3-pointers, 14 rebounds (seven offensive), five assists, four steals and two blocks.

He played 46 minutes without a turnover, he sank 10-of-21 FGs.
