Jabari seems to be a Duke lean at this point, but very very hard to tell. Hood will be a nice addition to next season's team and add alot of athleticism. I never expected to land Randle, so no surprise there. Still plenty of time left on the recruiting trail.

Currently unranked in the ESPN top-100, he has seen his stock rise with his recent transfer from an unknown Illinois H.S. to powerhouse Findlay Prep (#1 in the country). Former Duke recruit Marcus Lee from California started the offseason unranked, but quickly became a top-20 player after Duke, Kentucky and other major schools began to recruit him. The same is thought of Schilling, who should end up being a top 10/15 big man in the class of 2013.

While Coach K and the crew missed out on Julius Randle and Austin Nichols, they have quickly turned their focus to a PF from Nevada that is rapidly rising in the 2013 recruiting ranks. Gavin Schilling, an athletic 6'9" 235lb PF from perennial powerhouse Findlay Prep (NV) is now being recruited by Coach K.

According to reports, Coach K is flying to Nevada to make an impression on Schilling today. A year ago Duke got re-involved with Amile Jefferson and waited out his recruitment into the Spring signing period. After seeing a couple of targets go elsewhere this Fall, the Blue Devils are looking around again for a potential late signee, and appear to have found one in the form of Gavin Schilling. (Scout)

It's no secret that Duke is losing Mason Plumlee and Ryan Kelly after this season. While 7'0" Marshall Plumlee is expected to step in at Center, the PF slot is wide open. Jabari Parker will start at PF if he chooses Duke. If he doesn't, Josh Hairston, Amile Jefferson, and any possible big-men recruits will battle for playing time. Schilling would be a perfect addition to the Duke roster.
