When JJ Redick graduated, most people thought he would be a bust in the NBA (looking at you, tarholes). His first few seasons in the NBA were rough, but hes quietly having a great year.

Off the bench, Redick is averaging 14.4PPG, 4.6APG, and 2.3RPG. He's shooting 36.6% from 3PT, and 90% from FT. Redick has been heating up lateley and surpassed 20pts in 2 of his last 4 games, scoring 29 vs Portland and 23 vs Miami.

This offseason, if Redick is traded to become a starter, look for his numbers to go up. He clearly has the skill, just needs an opportunity.
