Just providing some further evidence on whether it was chanted or not.
I.E., one would not think Tyler's dad would say so if he did not hear it.

So what, why is this such a big deal?
There are idyots/offensive] in every fan base.

Tyler's dad said he heard it: http://blogs.newsobserver.com/statenow/duke-fans-taunt-nc-states-lewis
Not something one would think he would lie about.

Precisely. There's no reason you should care whether those particular individuals live forever or die this very second. If someone is a disrespectful, ignorant piece of trash, that's HIS OR HER problem. That's just my humble opinion.

Same with the ignorant drunk State students that have threatened myself and my buddies at the Duke/State game multiple years in Raleigh.

Whether the "grandma chant" happened or not, why should any of us care? Tyler Lewis didn't seem too shaken up about it, and it was aimed at him. Besides, he's a McDonald's AA getting significant playing time for a nationally prominent team (albeit one that has hit a rough patch recently, which hopefully ended with today's win), whereas the Cameron Crazies are nothing more than a pathetic, corny nerd circus; fans from every other school laugh AT them. I seriously doubt Tyler or any other player from our team gives one single, solitary d amn what ANY fan in that stadium has to say about them, and there's no reason that they should.

Sorry, you made the accusation, your job to prove it.

Google "scott williams duke orphan" and read.

So, no link????

I listened to the exact same segment and I could barely hear past your bedtime and did not hear how's your grandma?
But again, if people are going to lose their minds over some stupid comments college kids make, they really need to get a life.
