Scout.com: Duke Recruiting Class #2
Coach K worked his magic on the recruiting trail again this past season, landing 3 top-25 recruits. All three kids are 5-star players according to ESPN and Scout.com. Jabari Parker is certainly the crown jewel, once dubbed "The best high school player since Lebron" by Sports Illustrated. Matt Jones is the best shooter Duke has signed since JJ Redick (yes, better than Andre Dawkins or Seth Curry), with legit size for a SG at 6'5". Semi Ojeleye is averaging over 40PPG in Ottawa, Kansas. Yes, 40 POINTS PER GAME! Semi is an athletic freak at 6'6" with a 44 inch vertical and the physique of a linebacker.
Not to mention, all 3 of these fellas are extremely intelligent, both on and off the court. Typical Duke players. You can tell Coach K hand-selected these boys.

Jabari Parker and Matt Jones were both selected to the McDonalds All American game and the Jordan Brand Classic. Semi, despite being 5-star and ranked ahead of 4-5 guys in each game, was snubbed.

I am more anxious to see Semi play....he is a smart kid who can score and jump out the gym.
Adding Hood, Parker, Jones, and Ojeleye.....losing Curry, Plumlee, Kelly.
Possibly adding Dawkins back as well. Duke will be running up and down the court next year. You will see a ton of small lineups.

If he could add a solid post player, the only thing left would be making cabinet space for the next trophy. ;)

I thought Duke had another Plumlee (5 star McDonald's All American).

Yeah I agree, Coach K could definitely use another Center. But, MP3 will be a sophomore and 3-year starter. Hopefully he stays healthy.
With Cook, Sulaimon, Hood and Parker starting alongside MP3, all he needs to do is play defense and rebound. He doesn't need to score a single point most games for us to be at our best, which should take pressure of him.
