RE: Brian Zoubek closes cream puff shop

Well, we all know how real estate ventures work out for Duke players. He should have stuck with cream puffs :) Sorry, couldn't help myself. LOL

RE: Brian Zoubek closes cream puff shop

A shop like that will stand or fall based 100% on it's real estate play. It's a specialty food shop that requires immense foot traffic that is typically driven by neighboring tenants. Zoubek probably found that out the hard way but probably now understands it to the point where he can use that experience to make money in real estate, particularly retail real estate.

It's called being an entrepreneur, working for a living, and hard work. What are Sean May and Rashad McCants up to these days?

RE: Brian Zoubek closes cream puff shop

Being an entrepreneur..that's great, but my post wasn't really about that. Its that a Dook player is selling cream puffs.....haha that's funny right there I don't care who you are!

This has to be farce, this can't be true. A cream puff shop, really? Is this a Seinfeld episode? No puff for you!

His real estate interests require his full attention, does this mean he couldn't hire a manager and a cream puff maker to run this much needed shop?

Overseeing managers/supervisors of your store still requires effort, time, and attention. He would still be owner/operator. Handle finances, hire/fire, etc. Durrrr
