Last two weeks will determine a lot, (what have you done for me lately), and although I agree all above are deserving, I would prefer Howell (NCSU) over Green.

There is definitely a strong case to be made for Hanlan and no one could argue with either pick.

All-star team? Let's see, how about Squirrel, Big Mike, Forty, Preacher and myself (3D), all from right here at the trailer park in Durham. We could whoop any of those college boys you'd run out there. 'course, we play on a nine foot rim. it was almost ten or so until that strong wind storm came through 'bout 3 years ago.

Its a shame with all of CJL's talent that he probably wont be on this first team. Its still along way to go. No way Howell can be left off this team. Brown???

I think Devin Thomas of Wake gets some ROY votes.

And I agree Howell should have a spot on the team. I could see him getting the nod over either Green or Curry. There won't be much difference in talent this year between the first and second team. Lot of good players, few great ones.

Depending on which players declare, it's possible State could have as many as four players drafted and none on the first team all-conference. What are the odds of that?

Agree. Howell has one less double-double than Mason.

Personally, I think both Green and Curry are better than Larkin. I know.....Miami is winning a bunch of games. He's only a Soph. He has two more years.

I can't see a all-conference 1st team without any unc players, especially if the media are the voters.
