Mason Plumlee Update

basically, the only real differentiator between the two programs currently is a former dookie that logged a total of 11 games for the school in durm...
and he has yet to take his team the playoffs.

hehehehe... you said booger. You must be the funniest guy on the playground at recess with that kind of wit. Not surprising though since that's the sort of thing that you need to resort to when Duke players are sooooo much better in the pros than what UNC's been churning out.
As for Jamison and Carter - they were great back in the day. That day was several years ago though and the fact that you need to point to them just shows how far UNC has fallen in terms of putting out pros. You're way behind Duke in terms of player production this year and the gap will only get wider next year.
You have a wonderful history. It's your now that's not so great.

still a loooooooong ways for any of those active dookies to get on equal career footing as the likes of active UNC'ers Jamison and Carter.
BogeyBoy Dec 26, 3:31 p.m.
That's a nice little list. I mean it's not exactly Kyrie Irving (21.5p/6a), Luol Deng (19.6p/7r),Gerald Henderson (14.7p/4.7r), JJ Redick (16p), Carlos Boozer (15p/9r), Mike Dunleavy (10.6p/4.7r), and yes... Miles Plumlee (9.7p/9r/1.8b).
BTW - Danny Green is averaging 7.6p and 3r this year. Maybe I should have included Josh McRoberts on the Duke list.

Lawson: 17.5 ppg / 7.8 apg (8th in league)
Henson: 12.6 ppg / 8 rpg / 2.3 bpg (4th in league)
Barnes: 16.1 ppg in last year's post season
Green: set record for most 3 pointers in series finals last season

Are there any productive ones?
BogeyBoy Dec 26, 12:35 p.m.
If you get a few more of them in there they may be as productive as the Dukies in the NBA. Doubtful though with this current group on the Heel roster.

Not if you cover your eyes, and bury your head under your pillow, and repeat "There are NO Tarheels in the NBA! There are NO Tarheels in the NBA! There are NO Tarheels in the NBA!"
That will make them all go away, you poor thing.

Are there still some in the NBA?
moduke Dec 26, 7:36 a.m.
We have to talk about our Duke players in the NBA, we like to see if they were paid better in the pros or at Duke.
