Look at the bright side: he can blaze with fats all day now that he isn't playing anymore. Look for him to add 30 lbs and get dreadlocks in the next 6 months.

They know the story is already dead, the unc trolls are grasping onto it for dear life hoping for any bad publicity against their rivals. It was taken out of context and the story died within days of the initial report. Everyone knows K and Duke have the utmost regard for the military and K generally has his team involved with them in one way or another every season. Now watch them link the original story and act like it is still relevant to anyone in the country except the walmart unc trolls.

Why don't you contact K yourself and have him address it? Or are you too skeert?

Hopefully this prediction will be as successful as your prediction that Fedora would be fired by November.

Davidson is always tough and we still need to gel so I'll go with Duke by 11.

Still feels good to have all of our players eligible! Could you imagine the embarassment of having our best player suspended? Oh wait...

This is the first time I have ever heard of college basketball teams referred to as BCS or non-BCS teams! Must be a dookie thing!

    spot on.

This is a group of players and not a team yet, so I fully expect some bumps along the way. Duke wins this one but a few early setbacks are to be expected with a team of underclassmen. It will be enjoyable watching this group grow as a team this year.

can only get games against BCS teams like this BCS teams? Seriously?!?

  • 903 Hook em banned Nov 5, 2013

McKillop always has Davidson ready to go and they can only get games against BCS teams like this before January so I'm sure he will have them well prepared. However, they've lost too much the last couple seasons and the difference will be purely due to Duke's athletic advantage. They will scrap and force Duke to slow down and/or make some sloppy plays early but eventually they'll wear down when Duke's depth takes over. I think KMOR is right, Duke by about 15.

  • Leave it to Beaver Reruns Nov 5, 2013

If they shoot the ball like they have the first two exhibitions and rebound as poorly as they have, it could be a long season. The strength of this team was supposed to be speed and shooting. It doesn't matter how fast you are if you can't hit the broad side of a barn.

If they play like they did against Drury, Davidson might pull it out.
