Wow! Thanks! I don't think that I have ever been nominated for post of the day. Good to know that truth resonates with someone here.

The best any other triangle football team has left is hoping that they can somehow finish as good as what Duke has already accomplished. Much different than what a ton of losers predicted here at start of football season. Most of them have honestly disappeared from here. UNC fans were here everyday yapping about how UNC would compete for Coastal crown while DUKE had no chance of even making a bowl. Talk about clueless. Now that they know they are wrong they have all disappeared except for a few losers who continue to express their hate even more because of how much it hurts to see DUKE succeed. Then there have actually been a few UNC fans who have enough class to congratulate DUKE and at least acknowledge how far coach Cutt has brought this team. Everyone should be glad that DUKE football is relevant again, unless you are scared. Improved competition in triangle football should benefit us all in the long run. We Duke fans know better than anyone how bad DUKE football has been and that's why we will enjoy the ride as long as Coach Cutt leads the way. Thanks to all of those who give credit where credit is due and I can't wait till Saturday for the showdown with Miami. My family and I will be there as we have for the past 6 years. There are few things in this life more fun to watch than seeing a team or individual sink as low as Duke Football and then slowly fight their way back to respectability......

Georgia Tech sets the stage: Georgia Tech travels to play Clemson this Thursday. It will be the Yellow Jackets' final ACC contest of the season, entering the conference play clubhouse at 6-2 or 5-3 after the game. Georgia Tech has a head-to-head advantage against Duke but not Virginia Tech or Miami.

Miami's path to Charlotte: The Hurricanes face a must-win on the road next week against Duke, likely falling from division title contention with a third conference loss. But even winning the final three games of the season (at Duke, Virginia, at Pittsburgh) will not be enough as Miami would lose a tiebreaker with Virginia Tech. The Hurricanes need to win out and Virginia Tech needs to lose.

Virginia Tech's path to Charlotte: The Hokies bounced back in a big way after back-to-back ACC losses and now sit in a great position to win its sixth Coastal Division titles in nine years of ACC division play. Because Virginia Tech holds the head-to-head tiebreaker against Miami and Georgia Tech, the Hokies need victories against Maryland and Virginia and at least one Duke loss to finish at 6-2 in ACC play and earn the title game bid.

Duke's path to Charlotte: The Blue Devils need Clemson to beat Georgia Tech on Thursday in order to avoid getting shut out in a head-to-head tiebreaker against the Yellow Jackets. If that happens, Duke needs to beat Miami, Wake Forest and North Carolina to finish the season 6-2 in ACC play with wins against Virginia Tech and Miami.
