So you are saying some rich booster just gave Lance 30k for the jewelry and then promised to pay the rest in two weeks? Really? I would think even a prison guard would not believe that story if an inmate told it to them.

When you have something that makes logical sense, get back to us

But you keep saying it is K who gave him the money.

Which is it? You seem to be confused.

Someone there thought he was worth 100K. Might be the same boosters who bought up and then gave the student free bowl tickets.

Humor us. Why would Coach K or Duke give or let a Lance Thomas purchase 100k worth of jewelry. It was obvious that he was not an NBA player and this was halfway through his senior season.

I know you wont respond but I would love to hear your answer.

Probably not as sorry as I am for Delusional Dookies who keep thinking their team shouid be awarded a pre-season Natty trophy and things they have disdain for that they see in other teams, they readily accept as part of the Duke mystique...ironic...

I have to wonder if K can't afford as much jewelry as before as payment or maybe the quality of his paid players is down.

Hit a nerve with the Dookies because it is the truth.

    Sad.

Now you can't even come up with your own ideas. You have to copy others.

    Sad.

I think this is a bit of an overreaction. Yes Duke has been in the top 10 for years running but this is a reloading season so these things happen. We are lucky really when you look at the grand scheme of things. Take into consideration that some teams fall out of the top 10 or even go to the NIT tournament during reloading years. While I can understand your concern, Duke has the best coach in the business and will continue to make improvements to this very talented team. I just feel sorry for any other teams that thinks they are as good or better than Duke but are continuously ranked lower than Duke.

He seems angrier and more on edge this season with the poor play of the dookies, so nothing would surprise me. smh.

Good thing the UVA game is at Cameron so he will not try to attack UVA fans like last season.

Well he's already tried the "hurt back" excuse, so I guess he is busy looking for another one. smh.

Pretty obvious that K has lost his touch. Discuss.
