Any Duke, UNC or State fan that doesn't recognize that K and Huck are BY FAR the best two coaches in our state are either nuts, or so fanatical of a fan that they can't give credit to an opponent's coach. What is the definition of a good coach? In-game situations?, recruiting?, graduation rates?, championships?, etc.? I rate K as the best at in-game situations, graduation rates, and championships, Huck is a great recruiter and has won his share. Placing Lebo (although I think Lebo will make his mark in coaching) above either one is pretty stupid - or as I suspect - just not willing to ever admit that an opposing coach can be a good coach.

In 2009 NC Central was a pathetic 4-27. The next year when LeVelle Moton took over they went 7-22. Since then they've gone 15-15, 17-15, 22-9, and are 16-5 this season. They lost to #7 Cincinnati on the road by 13, beat NC State, and lost at #4 Wichita State by 11.
Assuming he sticks around and can continue on the same pace he should make his way onto the list, perhaps ahead of Gottfried.

Good point with LeVelle Moton. He has done a good job and may well be ahead of Gottfried already.
