You don't get technical fouls for that.

Sure thing. Ralphing at officials the whole half on every call and then slamming your pen down in front of thousands of fans is acceptable behavior? Maybe for Kiwi but not for my pack.

"I just wanted to win so badly and I kind of let my emotions and let the game get too big for me," Sulaimon said. "I apologize to my teammates, my coaching staff and to the refs for that blowup."at least Sulaimon apologized...

    kiwi's response was downright shameful.

The technical on K had nothing to do with sportsmanship. Coaches get technicals all the time as fighting for their team is what they are paid to do. I have seen Coach K, Gottfried, Huckleberry, and many more in the coaching ranks do a lot worse that K did Sun and NOT get a technical. I think the official made a poor call on that one. To call that in a Championship game was wrong. Suilamon's tech however was about attitude and sportsmanship and the right call was made.

The technical foul was called prior to the throwing the pen incident. I guess it's a good thing he didn't pick up a chair and throw it.

I saw a replay of the moments before Coach K got called for a technical foul. There must have been other comments/behavior leading up to that moment when he flung a pen down at his bench hitting Wojo at his ankles, because, by itself, I could not see justification for a technical foul. Jamie Luckie must have been feeling saucy at that moment.

The idea of a UNC fan boosting their basketball and football teams up as role models is laughable. Very sad actually. The image and personal of The Carolina Way has been completely shattered.

They certainly do get an "F" for being role models for our youth.

First they pose with gangsta signs and fake rifles in their dook warmups, now this.

SMH. Who's in charge over there?

Sad to see such bad conduct from the team leader and a starting player. They are supposed to be role models for youth. Nice job Ratking!!!

Wow, dook has the top 2 freshmen in the country and loaded with additional talent and could not win the regular season or tourney. And to top it off have to show their ACE with 2 technicals. KIWI is losing it and quickly. I smell cheese and an early flameout as usual for the dookies!!!!
