He said that about offense. The offense would revolve around Hood and Parker. I am talking about Duke's inability to defend this season.

And you forget how Kiwi told all the players you named that were vets "our whole system will evolve around Parker and Hood so adjust all your games to fit in".......apparently Kiwi thinks the one and done Parker was the coming savior! Not so much!
    Mercer > Lehigh >Dook = BAAAAHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!

When I first saw the title, I thought this was about dook lighting the bonfire on campus to celebrate yesterday's game.

One thing I will say negative about Coach K. He has done a poor job this season evaluating the talent on his roster and appears to have over-estimated the talent of some and as a result was never able to cure the main issue with this season - inability to stop the ball. Between Cook, Thornton, Jones, Sulaimon and Dawkins, he should have identified at least one guy that could take on the role of defensive stopper so that he could count on one player to come in when they needed to get a stop and actually get a stop. In the past, he's had a guy that did that - Billy King, Nate James, Dahntay Jones, Battier, etc. Certainly didn't have that yesterday...

    fastwill makes an excellent point...

one that kato has provided ample supporting data on, but ignored by those wearing sunglasses with dark-blue lenses.

one would think that simply rolling the basketball out to the likes of LeBron, Kobe, etc. would not distract kiwi to the point of all these dook flameouts to lower seeds, but it does seem he has lost his ability to relate and motivate the college players.

It is time for Coach K to realize there is not the passion to win in the past a couple of years .Take Mercer and Lehigh for example. He needs to hang up the Jerry Conangelo Project,
Olympic and Team USA and Stick to Duke Basketball.I have and will always be a DUKE FAN. But I think it is time to relight the fire we know Coach K can.
