Duke's Smith will play Sunday against Va. Tech

Point guard Nolan Smith practiced with Duke Thursday and Friday and will play Sunday when the Blue Devils face Virginia Tech in Cameron Indoor Stadium.
Smith suffered a bone bruise in Wednesday’s win over Loyola (Md.).
"Nolan's fine,” Duke guard Gerald Henderson said. “I guess he just bruised his knee a little bit in the game, but he's fine."
Duke takes an 11-1 record into its first conference game. The Hokies are 9-4 and led by A.D. Vassallo, who is averaging 19.0 points per game.

I'm glad for 2 reasons:
1. I hate to see any player get hurt.
2. Duke will have no excuses.
