Duke won its 13th game of the season Wednesday night, as the Devils held on to beat Davidson, 79-67.
It looked as though the game would be a breeze for the home team, as the Blue Devils led at one point by 26 in the second half. A late run by Davidson, however, closed the margin to eight before Duke regained control of the momentum and the game.
Jon Scheyer and Kyle Singler led Duke in scoring with 22 points a piece.
Stephen Curry, the Wildcats' All-American superstar and the nation's leading scorer entering play Wednesday night, tallied 29 points for Davidson on 10-22 shooting.
