Kyle Singer and Jon Scheyer scored 22 points apiece to help second-ranked Duke hold off Davidson 79-67 Wednesday night in a nonconference matchup.
Gerald Henderson added 11 points for the Blue Devils (13-1), who never trailed and led by as many as 26 points in the second half.
Preseason All-American guard Stephen Curry, who entered the game averaging 29.2 points per game, scored 29 points for the Wildcats (10-3), but made just one of eight 3-pointers.
Still, Curry helped lead Davidson back within eight points in the final minutes.
