Gerald Henderson's 18 points lead top-ranked Duke to a 79-54 win over Virginia.
Just four days after losing at Wake Forest, a loss which should cost the Devils their #1 ranking, Duke rebounds with a convincing win over the Cavaliers. The Devils led 43-21 at halftime in a game that was never really in doubt.
Nolan Smith added 15 points and Jon Scheyer scored 11 as the Blue Devils improved to 19-2.
Sylven Landerberg led Virginia with 20 points. The Cavaliers drop to 7-10.
