Eagle Ridge rewards precise play

Course: Eagle Ridge in Raleigh
Play: I had a chance to get back to Eagle Ridge in Raleigh recently, for the first time in a long time. I played it on the only day their range is closed, so the first few holes were interesting.
One of the more interesting holes in my opinion, is the par-5 10th. Talk about throwing darts. If you’re good at distance control, you’ll love it.
The closing hole is a challenging one: A par 4 with water in front of the green. I found the rough off the tee, so it wasn’t pretty getting to the green.
Worth Noting: The fairways are still coming in, but the greens were in decent shape. It’s a beautiful course, with a lot of elevation changes. All in all, a nice golf course that will test you.
