Former NC State quarterback Jacoby Brissett and offensive lineman Joe Thuney had a Friday night filled with bragging rights for Wolfpack fans who tout Pack pros.
The pair and their Patriots teammates received their Super Bowl LI rings at a private party at team owner Robert Kraft's home.
Naturally, the rookies showed out on social media a little bit.
Over the three games he played in, the Super Champions went 2-1. Brissett completed 34 of 55 passes for 400 yards and one touchdown. He also ran for 83 yards in his time on the field.
Thuney started all 16 regular season games and all three postseason games, including the World Championship at left guard, after winning the starting spot in training camp. The lineman stayed quiet on Twitter, but posted a group picture including Brissett to his Instagram before the rings were unveiled Friday evening.
