Would be funny if it wasn't so true. Carolina's defense is awful and it shouldn't be given the amount of veterans on it. Our centermen and forwards get routinely gassed trying to make up for the slow, ineffectual play of our defense and frankly, without Ward, it would be hard to imagine Carolina being able to score enough goals to beat anyone.
Blowing 1 and 2 goal leads late in the second and third periods is becoming far too routine. Something needs to change and soon.
