Checkers v Admirals this SUnday questions

Hi, I'm new to town, from Norfolk actually, and I'd like to attend the Admirals game vs the Charlotte Checkers at PNC arena this sunday. The ticket prices are higher than normal AAA level hockey but it's understandable due to the big league venue but I hate paying that damned ticketmaster fees and stuff. Are there local ticket vendors I can grab tix at that wont beat me over the head with "convenience" fees? Also, what am I looking at for a parking charge? How much should I anticipate beer and hot dog prices? I cant find tix anywhere but the legal online scalpers. Any hints would be awesomely appreciated. Thanks. Go Admirals.

You can go to the PNC arena box office during their regular hours to avoid those fees (at least that's how it was last year). Approximately $10 for parking if they keep their hurricanes prices. Beer & hotdog prices = ridiculous. Don't ask.
