Going to my first Canes game!

I just moved to the triangle and I found a night I had off that lined up with the Canes 3rd game, the game Vs. the Bruins. I got 2 tix at Scorebig.com and I used the promo code Adam. Saved me $15. 2 tix in 313 row e for $21. Total. I feel good about that. Me and my 10 year old step girl will be attending. I'm going to have to keep her in snacks I'm just curious what to expect for a hot dog or soda or nachos or what not. I might do a beer. Should I expect antics not 10 year old appropriate? Either way we are excited.

Food and drinks will cost a pretty penny but it should be a good time. Family friendly.

Enjoy your first game! We travel every year from cape cod, to see our canes! Its a great atmosphere!

Have fun .... I usually attend a few home games every year and the atmosphere is great at PNC Arena, its considered one of the loudest arena for hockey in the NHL. Refreshments are very pricey !! You purchased tickets at a great price IMHO.

Actually the first game has $1 hotdogs, drinks and popcorn. There is also 50% in The Eye so youcan get her a shirt or a hat :o)

This is my 1st time on this forum. I have been to several over the years, and the fans are loud, and they love this team. They have improved lately.

The Canes have been great for our State and for the NHL. Loads of money to the Raleigh area and loads of jobs too. I always wish them well. They have some talent now.

Congrats on going to your first game - hope you had a great time.

It isn't cheap, depending on your seats, and food and beer is really expensive, unless you go there on special $1 hot dog nights. I think with the lockout, they'll try and have more specials than usual to entice fans to come back. Hope you and your step-daughter can see more games at the PNC. It's a fun atmosphere there.
