Canes recall Bryan Rodney from Albany

The Carolina Hurricanes have recalled defenseman Bryan Rodney from the Albany River Rats of the American Hockey League.
To make room for Rodney on the team’s roster, defenseman Niclas Wallin has been placed on injured reserve.
This marks the second NHL recall for Rodney, who averaged 14:31 of ice time in his first two career NHL games during his mid-December recall.
The London, Ont., native leads all River Rats defensemen in scoring this season with 22 points (2g, 20a).
