Hurricanes fall to Atlanta 5-3

The Carolina Hurricanes fell to the Atlanta Thrashers 5-3 Saturday night. The Canes led 2 nothing late in the second until Ilya Kovalchuk scored with :34 seconds left in the period.
Carolina recovered to take a 3-1 lead early in the third on an Anton Babchuk slapshot, but Atlanta scored 4 unanswered to finish the game and win 5-3.
