During his time with the Wolfpack, Irving earned the NCAA FBS record for tackles for loss in a single game with eight. Irving has 41 tackles and one sack for the Broncos this season.
  • Sylvester Williams (DT, UNC) Williams enrolled at Carolina in January, 2011, after two seasons at Coffeyville (Kan.) Community College. North Carolina & NC State had "several" players in the Super Bowl. This is misleading. North Carolina has "only one" and NC State has four. One isn't several. The media is always trying to promote unc.

Pretty good representation, especially considering the ACC isn't considered a football conference.

And don't forget...Pete Carroll was once an assistant at NCS.

I hope all the Wolfpack players do well. Pulling for Wilson and the Seahawks.
