NCAA has had eyes on UNC for years

Posted December 20, 2013

The look at the University of North Carolina basketball program that resulted Friday in the loss of P.J. Hairston probably originated years ago.

What people don't realize about the NCAA, is that if they are doing an investigation, they review every sport. So during the football scandal, you have to assume the NCAA looked into the basketball program as well.

I'm looking ahead to the Panthers-Saints game this weekend and see a chance for Carolina to capitalize. Drew Brees and his offense is completely different away from the Superdome. They receivers aren't as fast, and the offense is not as crisp.

What the H was that? A ABCer baiting headline and nothing to substantiate it. Come on coach. We know you have no love for Carolina, but I'd expect a little more onjective commentary than that.

I'm certainly glad the ABC'rs are showing up in full force. Man, ya know it's funny after all the stuff the wolpfack pulled in the 1980's and the dook program with the lance thomas jewelry issues that the NCAA turned a blind eye to, along with the Chris Duhon "dook gave my momma a job" shenanigans that took place in the early part of the decade. Yeah, keep preaching ABC'rs, we Carolina fans hate you as much as you hate us.

I usually like his videos as opposed to his articles. Radio show isn't bad either.

At least we don't cheat on our taxes!

I don't think Logan was defending the Holes. But he did come across sounding like an NCAA apologist.

But all suggestions of bias aside, this was really horribly written. The first two paragraphs are talking about "Carolina", the Tar Holes. The last paragraph was "Carolina", the NFL football team.

    Strange article.

Like most articles he writes for WRAL most are a waste of space

Why posters, waste any keyboard strokes over a egomaniac like Steve Logan? Ignore him.
