would only be a mediocre accomplishment...given TOB has yet to produce a divisional win away from CF (and his overall divisional record ain't too good, either).

All true. You forgot to mention that he also has run a clean program for the 5 years he's been at State, with ZERO NCAA infractions and ZERO NCAA sanctions or bowl bans. If you're going to tell the story, why not tell the WHOLE story? And, I didn't even mention that he has beaten State's arch-rival EVERY year he's been at State, against superior talent at that.
