WRAL Sports Fan

I don't know why so many get bent out of shape over attendance at a scrimmage. VT had over 40,000 yesterday. So what. It doesn't count in the Win column.

Most fans don't get bent out of shape about something as trivial as this but State fans have turned this into their obsession every spring with Carolina. I agree.........who really cares how many people show up?

Mr. Truth, Mr. Indehouse, others obsessed with trying to find a flaw in the UNC armour. It was inferred I was a liar by so many on here when I posted what I thought the attendance to be you would have thought I was giving away money.  

Wow. One UNC fan here definitely has too much time on their hands...Scrimmage attendence...seriously? Who cares...

Who cares? Apparently the entire pack universe, when it pertains to unc attendence.

The responses here have me amused. The absolute same comments, when said by carolina fans, were met with...well...lets just say..unpleasantries by the opposing fan bases on these boards.

I think this horse is bout dead....we have much more pertinent things to argue and insult each other over than this lame issue.

This is all irrelevant because it was a rainy, cold, dreery day on Saturday. During UNC's Spring Game, the weather was perfect. No excuses.

NC State isn't the school on probation.
NC State isn't the school losing scholarships.
NC State isn't the school banned from the postseason.
NC State isn't the school wondering whether or not their fanbase cares about football.

Those problems are left for UNCheat.

Seems like the news article gave a pretty specific number, not a rounded off number. This entire thread is based on how UNC rounded up their numbers instead of giving a specific count. How pathetic!
