Counting Russell Wilson, NCSU had 6 former players drafted and UNC had 2.

Well, your coach kicked RW out so you can't claim that one. Sorry. It's like a degree, you can go to school for 10 years somewhere, transfer, and graduate in a semester and the diploma will be only from where you graduate from. RW played his final year at Whiskey so he is a Whiskey player. Now to your point, the Pack did get a lot of guys in the draft late. Congratulations as the hard work payed off for those guys. I've already indicated my disappointment with Jones as he was projected 3rd round but did not even run a 40 in the combine. I think work ethic and sexxxy casual bit him and Paige-Moss in the keister and Powell went there out of shape. The other reason would be they only wanted to play for certain teams so they just did not bother to work out like Jones.
Since the Wolfies had so many NFL draft choices, why didn't they perform better last year? I remember Wolfies talking about all the UNC NFL talent but could not consistently win. So now it's time to relax in the manure like postings you Wolfies love to shovel and tell us why your team did not perform better last season.

Actually, RW did get a degree from N.C. State. He had another year of athletic eligibility and transferred to Wisky to PLAY FOOTBALL. Of course, he had to take classes, too. I suppose he got ANOTHER degree from that one year. Don't know, don't care. Why would he return for Alumni Day/weekend if he WASN't an alum?
As for doing better, State DID do better than that NFL-laden team of yours. Why do you post things that aren't true, and then accuse State fans of being in manure? Get your facts straight smitty!

In 2007, RW red-shirted at NCSU. He played in '08, '09 and '10. In spring/summer '10 he received a degree from NCSU -- he graduated in 3 years. That's why he participated in senior day -- the Daily Tar Heel devoted an entire column berating his appearance -- hysterical considering they admit he technically was a senior because he had already graduated, but chronologically was only a junior -- billiant stuff over there at the DTH. His last year playing football at NCSU (2010 season) he was in graduate school. His one year at Wisconsin (2011) he attended graduate school -- don't know if he earned a masters degree, but it seems likely given his academic history.
Smitty, if you don't believe me, read this:
(And, Wolfpack fans, if you want a seriously good laugh read it.)
